Project Management Associate

I received a bachelor of science in business management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. This December, I will be graduating with my MBA from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.

I’m currently working on a project with Wells Fargo as a senior business execution consultant. I train various banking groups at the company, such as Corporate Investment Banking, how to use a cloud-based banking platform called nCino.

My favorite Crew training that I’ve attended was on goal setting! I learned about the different types of goals and how to set SMART goals. My favorite part about consulting is figuring out ways to improve and streamline current processes in place. This role has provided me with the opportunity to partner with many individuals to enhance training for a better end-user experience.
