Turnberry Solutions named to highly selective Salesforce Vector Program

By Alex Majka, Director of Marketing and Alliances, Salesforce

In late 2023, Turnberry Solutions was selected as one of 10 high-growth, high-potential consulting partners to participate in the first installment of Vector (notably, there are over 2,000 Salesforce consulting partners in North America). Vector is a 12-week program that includes one-on-one coaching with Salesforce partner advisors in a joint effort to help Turnberry mature existing Salesforce opportunities and open new ones.

Through the Vector program, Turnberry worked side-by-side with Salesforce to refine a go-to-market strategy that will provide the maximum possible value for our joint clients. After “zooming out” to take a broader look at the Turnberry client base and the expected needs of Salesforce partners, Turnberry solidified its position as the consulting partner of choice for manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services businesses using Salesforce. Turnberry’s expertise in the core Salesforce capabilities of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the emerging Data Cloud complements its experience with industry-specific offerings such as Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud to provide a comprehensive solution experience for clients.

On Thursday, February 8, the Turnberry Salesforce team, alongside CEO Allen Debes, participated in Vector Pitch Day at Salesforce headquarters in San Francisco. Vector Pitch Day consisted of each of the 10 Vector partners giving a 15-minute, Shark Tank-style pitch to attendees both in person and virtually, including Salesforce sales leaders, executives, investors, and news outlets. In the wake of Vector, Turnberry is better positioned to serve as a trusted advisor and chief innovator for Salesforce clients, and a seasoned partner to Salesforce as it rolls out groundbreaking technology innovation to customers worldwide.

“We are incredibly proud to have been a part of the highly selective Vector Program alongside other high-caliber Salesforce consulting partners,” said Allen Debes, Turnberry’s president and CEO. “The one-on-one coaching and development opportunities created by the program are accelerating our Salesforce professional services revenue growth in 2024 and beyond.”

The Salesforce practice at Turnberry has grown by 400% over the past four years since becoming a registered Salesforce Consulting Partner. Thanks to the trust of its clients, Turnberry expects to deliver over $30 million in Salesforce services revenue in 2024.
