Recruiter phone interview
We want to get to know you—your background, the types of projects you’ve worked on, and your career goals. We’ll also share more about Turnberry Labs and answer your questions.
Technical video interview
You’ll connect with someone in your discipline to explore your technical skills, discuss your passions, and hear real-world stories from the Labs team.
Onsite interview
Meet additional members of the team and participate in a live exercise. Engineers will work in the environment and language of their choice; design candidates will work through a scenario to demonstrate their approach.
Offer letter
If there’s alignment between your skills, interests, and upcoming projects, we’ll extend an offer and hope you’ll join us!
