Emily Anderson is a seasoned strategy and delivery leader with over 18 years of experience driving complex transformation initiatives across industries including life sciences, healthcare, financial services, utilities, and more. She currently leads the Life Sciences practice at Turnberry Solutions, where she partners with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to shape and execute data, AI, digital, portfolio, and operational delivery strategies across the full product lifecycle—from R&D and clinical operations to commercial and supply chain.
Prosci-certified in change management, Emily brings a strong focus on organizational alignment, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end execution. Her consultative approach emphasizes co-creation, whiteboarding, and strategic road mapping—ensuring solutions are practical, people-centered, and results-driven.
McKinna Teske is a senior consultant at Turnberry Solutions, where she helps organizations navigate the evolving AI landscape. With a focus on organizational change management in the consumer health space, she brings a people-first approach to integrating Generative AI – empowering teams to adapt, learn, and lead through digital transformation.
