Pierce Plumly is a strategist, systems thinker, and business leader known for simplifying complex problems and facilitating teams to work together in pursuit of specific outcomes. He holds expertise in operational excellence, organizational change management, process design, P&L management, and automation and workflow design. With over 25 years of experience, a high emotional intelligence, and a track record in value-oriented business and IT transformation, Pierce excels in navigating complex global business situations.

Joel Longanecker is a Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in process improvement, change management, and business strategy. He focuses on the people, leveraging his diverse experience and knowledge to ensure front-line staff are successful – which ultimately translates to the success of the organization as a whole. He partners with clients to solve difficult problems through analyzing processes and strategies, using data to drive improvements that provide value. He’s passionate about building relationships and buy-in throughout all the work he does, ensuring lasting changes.
