Turnberry Solutions welcomes Paul Bertucci as our new Chief Technology Officer


Turnberry  Solutions is excited to welcome Paul Bertucci as our new Chief Technology Officer.

Paul joins Turnberry as a recognized thought leader with deep expertise spanning both legacy and emerging technologies. In his new role, he will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, guiding architectural decisions and roadmap development in partnership with C-level executives. He will also play a key role in shaping our organizational architecture and strategic initiatives, formalizing knowledge management processes, developing accelerators, and refining content curation and asset harvesting to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce risk.

With more than 35 years of experience, Paul has built a career centered on customer excellence, business value, and visionary leadership. He has guided technology, product, and architecture strategies for some of the world’s leading organizations and authored numerous books, papers, and standards in data, AI, and strategic architecture. His experience includes leadership roles at Salesforce, Symantec, Autodesk, Callixa, Diginome, Veritas, and other major companies, as well as founding multiple global consulting practices. Paul has also played an instrumental role in more than 160 M&A projects worldwide.

A passionate advocate for advancing industry frameworks and methodologies, Paul is focused on integrating AI, agentic capabilities, and the Jobs to Be Done framework into strategic initiatives. His work spans data strategy, modeling, architecture, governance, and readiness, with recent achievements including the creation of a Legal Industry Canonical Data Model. Paul brings proven expertise and visionary insight that will strengthen Turnberry’s ability to help clients achieve their most ambitious technology and business goals.
