Turnberry Solutions welcomes Mario Ruiz as Head of Strategy and Client Innovation

Turnberry Solutions is pleased to announce that Mario Ruiz has joined the team as Head of Strategy and Client Innovation.

Mario joins Turnberry as a recognized digital transformation leader who will guide clients on business strategy, AI-accelerated innovation, and technology roadmap development in partnership with C-suite executives. He will also lead Turnberry’s transformation initiatives, formalizing strategic planning capabilities, developing go-to-market messaging, and innovation frameworks to help clients achieve their most ambitious business and technology outcomes.

With more than 25 years of experience at organizations including HP, Intuit, and Salesforce, Mario has built a career focused on human-centered innovation and business transformation. His foundation in building digital products grounds his strategic advisory in deep customer insight.

As a founding member of Salesforce Ignite, Mario helped establish and scale Salesforce’s global strategic advisory practice, working directly with Fortune 500 C-suite leaders across financial services, manufacturing, and professional services. He led customer-centric platform transformations that fundamentally changed how these companies operated and competed. To drive scale, Mario relocated to Tokyo, Sydney, and Mexico City, building the Ignite practice and operating models across APAC and LATAM. He has since led strategic engagements with Fortune 500 clients in staffing and energy through independent advisory.

A passionate advocate for human-centered design, Mario integrates Jobs to Be Done and design thinking methodologies into both academic and enterprise contexts. He serves as adjunct faculty at California College of the Arts and guest lecturer at Stanford University and UC Berkeley, and co-authored “A New Paradigm in Digital Transformation: Integrating Jobs to Be Done with Strategic Enterprise Architecture” with Paul Bertucci.
