Business Analysis Associate

I graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a B.A. in Economics, and have been with Crew for 2 years. I am currently consulting on an SAP deployment project at 3M where my role is within the data conversion team. My main role on the team is working with the Material Master object in SAP. During the last two years, I have worked on multiple plant deployments where my focus has been on material master data delivery, cleansing, and validation prior to when a plant will deploy into SAP. On a day-to-day basis, I am working closely with the local plant teams to ensure their data is correct and supports the SAP and 3M business requirements.

My favorite part about consulting, especially on the project I am currently working on, is that there are always opportunities to grow and learn new skills. During my time on this project, my client managers have given me and others the opportunity to learn about other SAP data objects that we typically don’t work with on a daily basis and the opportunity to take on new work.

One new thing I’ve tried this past year was getting involved in the Turnberry Mentoring Program. I was matched with an awesome and supportive mentor, Erik Gilomen, who has been helpful in providing me with career advice and how to better myself as a Turnberry Crew consultant.

My favorite part of the workday is any chance I get to collaborate with the other people on my team. There are many other Turnberry Crew consultants on the data conversion team at 3M, and it is always fun to hear about the work they are doing and how the project experience has been for them as well!
