Project Management Senior Associate

I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of St. Thomas, and have been a part of Crew since March 2022. I’m currently consulting on a project for Harmony Cares, a new client for Turnberry! We are working on a software implementation for the schedulers in their Medical Group.

My favorite part and the reason I made a career pivot into consulting is the opportunity for exposure to a wide range of industries and roles. I love helping solve challenging client problems and no two days are the same! 

My favorite memories as a Crew consultant involve the in-office First Friday events. I love the chance to connect and get to know other Crew consultants. Another highlight for me has been the opportunity to travel for client projects. I really enjoyed the Crew training on Emotional Intelligence last spring. After reading the book and taking the assessment, we were divided into small groups based on our biggest EQ area for improvement. My group has since connected several times to share our progress and hold each other accountable. 

I recently tried pickleball to see what all the buzz is about. My mom convinced me to take a lesson with her, and it turns out I’m a bit of a natural! Don’t ask me to keep score though.
