Dreamforce 2025, from the lens of Turnberry

At Dreamforce 2025, Salesforce users from every industry arrived ready to explore the next wave of enterprise technology. Turnberry Solutions was proud to have a team of executives on site in San Francisco, not just as observers, but as sponsors and guides.
Throughout the week, our team deepened relationships with Manufacturing and Healthcare leaders from Salesforce and from our clients, and expanded our footprint in major growth industries of Legal and Staffing. We guided clients through sessions, networking events, and hands-on experiences designed to spark fresh ideas and deliver actionable outcomes using Salesforce.
One overarching theme from Dreamforce was the transition to the “Agentic Enterprise”, where human expertise teams up with AI-powered agents to create entirely new capabilities, revenue streams and ways of working. Organizations now recognize that having AI alone isn’t enough — it’s about data + governance + integration + trust.
In the manufacturing industry, there is an emerging focus on how AI agents embedded in operations can reduce waste, improve throughput, and surface insights for frontline staff. In healthcare sessions, focus was placed on personalized, data-driven patient experiences and operational agility. The message was clear: becoming agentic means starting small, building trust in your data and iterating fast.
In this context, Turnberry’s own breakout session, “From Factory to Frontline: Productizing AI in Manufacturing”, brought the concept to life. Attendees explored practical strategies for applying AI across production, linking cutting-edge tech with measurable business impact. As Nathan Koering, Principal Salesforce Strategist at Turnberry, said: “Seeing clients leave with new ideas they can put into action immediately reminded us why we love this work.”
But Dreamforce wasn’t only about the impactful sessions and remarkable keynote speakers.
