Overview: Turnberry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Salesforce Alliance Director/Channel Partner to own and expand our alliance relationships with Salesforce, and other strategic technology partners. This senior-level leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing partner strategies that generate qualified pipeline, increase co-sell opportunities, secure partner funding, and accelerate revenue growth through joint go-to-market initiatives. The position will serve as a centralized alliance function supporting the broader organization and driving alignment between partner ecosystems and sales objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the overall Salesforce alliance strategy with the opportunity to build out our AWS partnership
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing strategic relationships
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partner organizations and internal leadership teams
  • Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales pipeline opportunities
  • Drive joint account planning, co-selling motions, and marketplace strategies
  • Collaborate with sales and practice leaders to identify and pursue revenue opportunities
  • Execute partner-led marketing campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives
  • Maximize participation in Salesforce partner programs
  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF), incentive programs, ACE initiatives, and other funding opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with partner program requirements and certification goals
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner status, visibility, and market presence
  • Enable and educate sales teams on partner programs, offerings, and best practices
  • Provide guidance on co-sell processes, marketplace opportunities, and alliance resources
  • Establish and track alliance KPIs, including pipeline generation, influenced revenue, funding utilization, and ROI
  • Deliver regular executive reporting on partnership performance and growth opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in partner sales, alliance management, channel sales, business development, or related roles within IT consulting, professional services, or technology organizations
  • Proven success managing Salesforce partner relationships
  • Experience with partner programs, MDF funding, co-sell motions, marketplace strategies, and alliance operations
  • Strong executive relationship management and strategic business development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with sales leaders, delivery teams, and partner stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Passion for building high-value partner ecosystems that drive long-term business success
  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud ecosystems, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Health cloud preferred
  • Previous experience building out partnership playbook for other technology partnerships preferred 


The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $200,000 or the hourly equivalent.
