Overview: The Client Engagement Director (CED) drives revenue growth by establishing new client relationships and expanding relationships with key existing clients. You will play a key role representing and expanding our presence across greater Atlanta.


This position is the driver of strategic client relationships and works alongside a diverse team that drives and supports the expansion of existing accounts and new business to achieve revenue growth. This will be accomplished by leading and working with multiple client account teams while engaging our Client Solutions support team to drive value proposition. This position reports to Regional Partner. 


The CED represents the entire range of Turnberry services and solutions to new customers and works with a diverse team across the company to explain these services/solutions and articulate how they will help a client meet their objectives. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the “go to market” strategy needed to deliver on the short-term and long-term revenue and gross margin targets
  • Represent the Turnberry brand in the market
  • Owner of initial client relationship, focused on driving sales and solutions strategy for new clients, this includes responsibility for the representation of the Turnberry brand
  • Drive and support new opportunities and collaborate with others on the Client Engagement team to ensure growth attainment in new markets with existing client base
  • Understand and use all sales training including solution selling, product knowledge, and sales methodology in the day-to-day client engagements
  • Partner with the Client Solutions team to identify, develop and present solutions to clients
  • When solution development is needed, ensure effective hand-off of new solution projects to Client Solution team to ensure a continued focus on selling
  • Support sales expansion strategies within the defined top-tier client base
  • Execute and emulate a consultative and relationship-based sales culture
  • Work with and leverage support teams when appropriate to ensure consultant satisfaction, client satisfaction, and growth

  • Leadership
    • Demonstrate key success skills in areas of new strategic account planning, consultative selling, value creation, relationship building, goal achievement, new logo, and growth targets

  • Planning and Forecasting
    • Participate in developing team sales and revenue performance standards
    • Participate in the building go-to-market strategy
    • Manage and own client level opportunity tracking, planning, and execution
    • Assist leadership and others as required in the budget planning process
    • Assist in budget development for new and key accounts and other areas of department or function as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in business
  • 8+ years of professional selling and account management experience
  • Proven experience in a sales hunter capacity within a professional services industry – breaking into new accounts and Solution Sales Required (technical or non-technical)
  • Willingness to travel up 50%
  • Successful track record of working within large, complex accounts, enterprise accounts
  • Ability to map Turnberry offerings against client needs and to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Understands the importance of account plans and sales process and effectively utilizes these processes and tools to drive success
  • Outstanding relationship building capabilities; experience selling into C-level executives
  • Proven business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Proven negotiation skills in complex client environments
  • Ability to analyze financial information including monthly forecasting and client P&L data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations and proposals to a senior-level audience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000 or the hourly equivalent.
