The Crew Project Management – Senior Associate position is based out of Turnberry’s hub in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It can be performed from a home office anywhere in the United States.       

 

Responsibilities:             

·      Prepare project plans, including task assignment, prioritization, and forecasting. Common tools include Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and MS Word.

·      Identify and assign project risks and issues, and track progress toward mitigation or resolution

·      Prepare and manage project schedule, which requires balancing inputs such as cross-committed resources and vendor timelines

·      Control project scope by gaining initial alignment with sponsors and stakeholders, and minimizing change using strict control processes and documentation

·      Prepare and oversee project budget, including team member, vendor, and product costs

·      Establish an environment of planned and unplanned collaboration and communication through status reports, facilitating regular meetings, following up on tasks and issues, and escalating important information to senior management

·      Analyze project control documents (such as project plans and budgets) to determine common project performance metrics like Earned Value, Budget at Completion, Run Rate, and others (based on client need).

·      Build and manage internal and external communication plans

·      Relative to our Project Management Associates, our Senior Associates are more likely to have experience with leading meetings, managing small teams, and owning team results and applying multiple project management methods

 

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or Data Science, or similar degrees.

·      Two years’ experience as a Data Associate or closely related, including experience in the following:

o  Microsoft Excel, including pivots, v-look ups, and other data analysis functions.

o  SQL, specifically data structures and data modeling.

o  Power BI, Power Accounts, and Azure services.

o  Python

·      All experience can be gained concurrently.


The salary range for this role is $71,102.46 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
