Joe Rose

Joe Rose

Mr. Rose, a consistent top achiever throughout his business career, brings over twenty years of high tech hardware and software sales and sales executive experience. In his last position as CEO and President, Mr. Rose's responsibilities included designing and building organizational and technical infrastructures for internet-based B2B and B2B2C solutions. Mr. Rose also has specific expertise in acquiring capital and providing both business and technical due diligence assessment for companies.

Mr. Rose worked through the mid-80's with NCR Corporation and AT&T. He then spent five years in sales management at Sun Microsystems, Inc., primarily selling and architecting Internet infrastructure solutions for major corporations. Subsequently, Mr. Rose successfully ran North American Sales for software start-up company MINT Communication Systems, Inc., an EAI Middleware Company, which was purchased by SunGard Data Systems, Inc. (SDS). Most recently Mr. Rose held the position of CEO at Planet Exchange, an open collaborative messaging platform company. Mr. Rose regularly advises Fortune accounts with eBusiness initiatives, start-ups and venture capital firms regarding business strategy as well as the necessary tactics to help organizations meet their business goals.

Marquee clients have included Comcast, Accenture, Dow Jones, SEI Investments, Project Assistants, Star Cite (an ICG company), Bridge Data, Conrail, PP&L, Advanta, Bank of Bermuda, First USA, and KPMG. Mr. Rose is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Peter Davis

Mr. Davis has over twenty years of combined Software Development, Systems Engineering, and Management experience. Mr. Davis' deep technical background combined with his broad industry experience provide him with a unique ability to effectively and efficiently apply technology to solving complex business problems.

Mr. Davis started his career working for Leeds and Northrup doing real-time, mission critical software engineering for their distributed controls systems group. From there, Mr. Davis joined Sun Microsystems where he focused on architecting mission critical IT solutions for Fortune 500 companies. During his five years with Sun Microsystems, Mr. Davis specialized in Java technologies from Java's introduction in 1995. Mr. Davis also designed highly available and scalable clustering architectures for mission critical business applications. Since leaving Sun Microsystems, Mr. Davis has worked for several software companies in the areas of CRM, EAI, Knowledge Management, and Collaboration.

Mr. Davis holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, and a MS degree in Computer Science from Villanova University.
